Tristin is the founder of Belgrade Wellness Collaboration and owner of Intrinsic Touch. She is ecstatic to be sharing professional FootZonology and her bodywork with the Gallatin Valley.

Her touch is therapeutic and firm, yet relaxing and restorative. She is very passionate about each of her client’s well-being. She values coming from a space of understanding and openness, offering empathy and compassion to assist them through their healing process.

For years Tristin focused on massage therapy, using various deep tissue and structural integrative techniques to restore healthy tissue and range of motion. She has now gone full-time in her practice with FootZonology, Back Zonology, and FaceZonology.

Her holistic approach to bodywork brings the whole body into consideration and every treatment is detailed, specific, and customized for each client’s individual needs. Tristin believes in the body’s intrinsic intelligence, and the body’s innate ability to heal itself. She firmly believes that mind, body, and spirit must all come into consideration in order to reach one’s best self.

Tristin Lowe studied Massage Therapy at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. Directly after her completion of school she worked full-time in Park City for a holistic chiropractor and ‘The Spa’ at Stein Erikson Lodge – Utah’s only Five-Star Spa. When she moved back to Bozeman she worked with a few Physical Therapy and Chiropractic clinics before opening her own private practice. Tristin received her Face, Back and FootZonology certification from the Nordblom Institute of FootZonology and is currently working towards becoming an instructor for the Nordblom Institute of FootZonology.

She is very glad to be a part of Belgrade Wellness Collaboration and running Intrinsic Touch in Belgrade, Montana. Tristin is a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and is licensed and insured in the State of Montana. She is International Cupping Therapy Certified and has a strong commitment to continuing her education.

In her free time, Tristin enjoys being on the river or in the mountains downhill or nordic skiing, hiking, and backpacking with her husband Matthew and her growing family.
